Dear Sir or Madam:
We had new replacement windows installed in our home. From the salesperson to the installers, everything went very smoothly. The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. The windows really sold themselves. They are of the highest quality, and I researched several competitors’ windows. Nothing is comparable that I saw.
The installation crew was top notch. In my professional career I often dealt with contractors. This crew was the best and hardest working I have ever encountered. There were three of them. They had all 20 storm and casement windows out within 30 minutes. They never slowed down. They had all windows in and finished in only a few hours! They worked fast, did a quality job and were very courteous and professional.
Afterwards WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Outside noise was virtually eliminated, the house felt warmer and the heat pump cycles much less now. I am sure we will see great savings on heating and cooling costs.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with Capital Remodeling, Inc. and their product. From start to finish it was a very pleasant and worthwhile experience. I would definitely use Capital Remodeling, Inc. again and recommend them to friends and family.
Sincerely,
C. Phillips

RE: Our Remodeling Project – Replacement Windows
To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing to state how satisfied we are with the service and products Capital Remodeling provided when you replaced our windows earlier this month. We had 26 windows replaced in our house at one time. The custom made windows were ready very quickly and on the day of installation, two installers worked very diligently to replace every single window. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and they were very friendly. No complaints here. We are very happy with our new windows and we can already tell the difference.
Thank you Capital Remodeling Inc. ,

To Whom It May Concern:
We recently replaced the roof on our townhome. We initially met with a representative of Capital Remodeling Inc. for an estimate and he generously helped us with the entire process of deciding on a roof that would look great while still meeting the home owner’s association guidelines. Once the decision to purchase our roof from Capital Remodeling Inc. was made, the crew was prompt in contacting us to set a time for installation. The crew arrived early on the pre-determined date and worked tirelessly throughout the entire day. The results were beyond our expectations! The entire job, including clean up, took only one day and the finished product is absolutely outstanding! We recommend Capital Remodeling Inc. without hesitation and look forward to working with them on many other home improvement projects in the future.
Sincerely,
J. and N. Berliner

To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to thank the Capital Remodeling Inc. folks for a great job ordering and installing my windows. The sales representative was knowledgeable in discussing his product. He went to great lengths to make sure that I got what I wanted in replacement windows from Capital Remodeling Inc. without doing a hard sell on features I didn’t want or need.
The windows from Capital Remodeling Inc. were custom built and delivered on the date promised. The Great View windows not only look great but I noticed the very first day that all the drafts were gone and my upstairs rooms were 2.5 degrees warmer with the new windows installed by Capital Remodeling Inc.
The installers that Capital Remodeling Inc. sent out were true craftsmen. When installing the patio doors he took his time and made sure that they fit exactly right. Both Capital Remodeling Inc. installers did an outstanding job of cleaning up after installing the new windows and doors.
If I do anymore remodeling that requires outside help, Capital Remodeling Inc. will definitely be getting a call!
Thanks again Capital Remodeling Inc!

I am writing this letter to let you know what a terrific decision I made in choosing Capital Remodeling Inc. to replace my old windows. The workers that Capital Remodeling Inc. did a fabulous job. I was worried at what the windows would look like once they were complete but the end result is gorgeous! I love them and I can’t stop getting complements from my neighbors on how they look. The Capital Remodeling Inc. workers were timely, efficient, and very hard working. I thought once the workers left, I would have to do all of the cleaning but the crew even brought their own vacuum cleaner. This was a great experience and I would recommend Capital Remodeling Inc to anyone that would ask. I was to thank the workers for such a great job and thank Capital remodeling Inc for such a great product!
Sincerely,
A very satisfied customer of Capital Remodeling Inc.

To Whom It May Concern:
We would like to thank Capital Remodeling, Inc. for such a wonderful and beautiful job they did on our master bathroom. Before we talked to Capital Remodeling Inc. we had such a poor excuse for a bathroom. The tub leaked into the powder room if you took a shower for more than 10 minutes. The floor tiles were coming up and I had very little floor left to clean. The toilet leaked into the living room on occasions of unknown origin. It was so embarrassing to have anyone use the bathroom upstairs.
Once Capital Remodeling, Inc. started working, it was as if a major transformation took place. The Capital Remodeling, Inc. workers were very professional in their work ethics. They were prompt and neat throughout the entire process of tearing out the old and putting in the new. Capital Remodeling, Inc. finished in a few days even though it was during the worst snow storm in Maryland. The finish product was just breath taking. When I saw the beauty of the bathroom I could have cried because I thought we would never be able to have a decent bathroom.
We would like to thank the Capital Remodeling, Inc. employees for helping us achieve our dream bathroom. He really made us comfortable throughout the entire process by explaining and answering all of our questions in such a professional and friendly mannerism. I definitely would recommend Capital Remodeling Inc. to others. I am looking forward to getting my kitchen done in the near future.
We thank God for Capital Remodeling, Inc.!!!

Dear Capital Remodeling:
I just had twelve windows installed by Capital Remodeling Inc. I wanted to let Capital Remodeling Inc. know how pleased I am with my new windows!!!
Capital Remodeling Inc. workmen arrived at 8:15 a.m. and twelve windows were installed. They cleaned everything up and were out of here by 11:38 a.m… I was very impressed with Capital Remodeling Inc. and the employee’s knowledge of what they were doing. All of Capital Remodeling Inc. employees were very polite and friendly, and very professional
Capital Remodeling Inc. did not leave any debris outside around the house and in the yard, like some other companies’ workers do.
I would highly recommend Capital Remodeling Inc. for anyone thinking of replacement windows. The windows themselves look so nice and they are so easy to open, close, and clean. What a difference they make in the way my house looks!!! My house was built in 1939 and yet Capital Remodeling Inc. was able to make windows to fit.
Yes, I am very glad that I went with Capital Remodeling Inc.
Great Job!!! Thanks again!!!

The best NEW feature for homeowners to request when getting new replacement windows.
Capital Remodeling Inc. has been the leader in replacement windows for decades and now their new revolutionary Ultrashield Shield glass package with Climaguard SPF technology is helping homeowners in ways never thought possible. Most homeowners get replacement windows to stop drafts, insulate their home, lower energy bills, easier to open and close, security reasons, but now the windows by Capital Remodeling have a new feature that can save homeowners tens of thousands overtime.
Inside the average home are wood floors, rugs, furniture, carpeting, painted walls, decorations, trim, cabinets, and other expensive items. The average home can have $50,000 worth of the items that need to be replaced or redone overtime. One of the main reasons these items need to be replaced is because being when these objects are exposed to sunlight overtime will cause these household items to fade and discolor, often unevenly based on their exposure. Although LowE glass, which is found on most windows nowadays, does block a majority of the UV rays, a decent amount of UV rays are still hitting these costly items causing them to fade overtime. , LowE glass is like going out with sunscreen SPF6, it will block some rays, but overtime the sun would still cause a person to get a tan or burn. Capital Remodeling has an Ultrashield glass protection with Climaguard SPF that actually blocks out an unbelievable 99.9% of UV rays. By contrast, this is the equivalent of going outside at the beach with suntan lotion with SPF50.
Imagine how much more a house will be worth if the items inside look brand new without fading. Walking into a home where everything is bright, not discolored, etc… gives that home a “new feeling”. However, walk into a home that has faded furniture or partially faded hardwood floors, faded walls, etc… makes a home feel old and drab.
And the best part of these windows by Capital Remodeling, Inc. is that this Ultrashield glass is still just as clear as regular glass so the view is not compromised at all. The savings benefits alone from this type of glass for a homeowner can actually help pay for the windows themselves. Capital Remodeling, Inc. does give free quotes and can be reached at 1-800-939-0728 for further details.

Bathroom remodeling not only adds beauty and enjoyment to any kind of home, it also increases the value of your home when you wish to sell your house in the future. Bathroom remodeling is perhaps the most popular project for home improvement because it yields the highest return on your investment. Moreover, homeowners can enjoy their relaxing bathroom from the time they remodel until they decide on selling the house.
Tips for Bathroom Remodeling Design
The task of remodeling your bathroom is difficult andcan be costly There are several key fixtures to consider when you work on your bathroom. And yes, most of them are expensive. There is flooring to consider, as well as the paint, and the result of anything going wrong is you will end up with place that you spend a lot of time in while not enjoying the room. So good planning is essential.
Of course, to be successful, you need to design your remodeling project well before you swing a single hammer. If you take the time to work out a well-planned bathroom remodeling design, a wonderful bathroom is sure to follow.
Map it Out
When you are working on the design for your bathroom remodeling project, make sure to take accurate measurements of your bathroom and create a map to work with. Mark where the plumbing is, mark where your fixtures are, and you’ll be able to better plan what you need to do. The key to a great bathroom remodeling design is good planning, and a map is a great way to keep you focused on exactly where everything needs to be. Draw it out and plan it on paper. It can be a good idea to cut out your main pieces and try them on your map to see how they fit and what they are likely to look like.
There is also software available that can help you plan a bathroom remodel. The simple packages allow you to do the same mapping exercise as above, and the more complex and expensive can even build a ‘virtual bathroom’ so that you can see the results of your planning.
Function Before Form
The secret of a comfortable bathroom is to put the function of your bathroom above what it will look like. No matter how gorgeous your bathroom looks, if you have a poor design, one that makes your bathroom uncomfortable to use, you won’t enjoy it. Throughout your bathroom remodeling design process, consider what you want your bathroom to do and work towards that goal.
Consider Your Fixtures
Make sure to learn exactly where your fixtures will go when designing your remodeling project; you will need the plumbing there to accommodate them. Your sink, tub, and toilet are going to be exactly where you have them right now, unless you can somehow move the the plumbing. In most cases, the location of your fixtures is going to be a hard limit, so plan accordingly.
Locate Things Sensibly
When you decide where smaller fixtures, such as the towel rack or even the toilet paper roll, go in the bathroom remodeling design, keep in mind that they should go in places that are sensible, once again going back to function over form. The towel rack might look nice by the door, but if it’s out of arm’s reach of the bathtub, then you won’t be happy whenever you get out of the shower, for example. With all things in bathroom remodeling design, if you design with an eye for common sense and space, you will be successful in your attempt to create a room that’s both stylish and functional.
Focus on your walls, ceiling and tiles because these three items can greatly influence the outcome of your project. Mix and match the colors by using pastel, earthy, contemporary or traditional colors that fit your taste. Be aware that whatever items, equipment and furniture you wish to add to your bathroom should add warmth and relaxation to the room.
You can create your dream bathroom by expanding the area and separating the toilet from the bath area. You can even add spa treatments, bathtubs, water jets and other more expensive bathroom add-ons. If you have no idea where to start and what items to add, you can always look at a home-improvement magazine and check out the latest bathroom trends.
Know Your Budget
The extent of your bathroom remodeling project will all depend on your budget. If you have a large amount of money for your remodel project, you can start designing your bathroom from scratch. However, you can still remodel your bathroom even with a small budget. Just change the light fixtures, accessories and bathroom furniture.
Designs, Accessories and Furniture
When you decide to start a bathroom remodeling project, it is quickest to organize your goals before shopping for materials. determine on what items you want to replace, add or take away from the bath area. Think about refinishing existing items such as bathtub, shower, sinks and toilet or renewing the tiles, tub and shower enclosure to give a current look to your bathroom even with little investment.
Bathroom Remodeling Check List Helps Keep Project On Track
Renovations in any part of your home can easily get out of hand, both in the terms of time and in costs, but using a bathroom remodeling check list, you can maintain control of your budget as well as keep the job on track. As part of your planning process, a bathroom remodeling check list can also help you determine how much of an upgrade you can afford.
Some of the major items on your list may include any electrical work you may need, plumbing changes or additions, heating and cooling as well as any walls that will need to be moved or repaired. As some of the first things listed on your bathroom remodeling check list, you can also determine the timing of contractors. For example, if you are going to replace an existing tub and wall tile, plumbing work will need done, but having a carpenter handy for installing modern drywall will need to be done first.
In addition to the major work, also listed on your bathroom remodeling check list would be any components, such as cabinets, fixtures and countertops. You should also list the type of countertops you plan to install as well as the floor, the sink, storage cabinets and any free-standing furniture.
Having a column on your bathroom remodeling check list that shows the amount budgeted for each item will help you stay in control of the costs of the project. When buying the items on the list and you decide to go over the cost for one item, you can always pick a cheaper model on another component to stay on budget. By looking at the costs before you go to the store, you can have a good idea of what you are likely to spend.
Once you have determined the exact cost of your project using the bathroom remodeling check list, you should budget another 10 percent of the total cost for contingencies. For instance, when you are cutting out the wall for a fresh fixture you accidentally cut through a water pipe and your current drywall is ruined. The contingency budget can pay to replace the cut pipe as well as the ruined drywall.
You may also plan on the time each item on your bathroom remodeling check list should take to complete as a way of keeping the project on track. You will know during the planning stage how much each item should cost, how long it should take as well as what part of your bathroom is not going to be touched during the project.
If you don’t have the money to hire an architect or contractor for your bathroom remodeling, you can do the work yourself by focusing on simple things that can give a dramatic change to the bathroom. For instance, add a vanity mirror or a shelf and display small items such as perfume bottles, soaps, bath salts, spa accessories and other items you wish to display.
